Orders & Shipping

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 4–6 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate applied at checkout.

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your package in real time.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

Simply email us at support@opuswellness.co with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
